Studio V5, company founded on the premise that software should be fun and productive at the same time, came up with the RedBox Organizer tool to provide users with a powerful means of managing their day-to-day life and their data. Use this application to plan out your time, to stay on top of things you need to do, to gather and manage information about your contacts, to securely store passwords, to keep track of expenses, to set up alarms, and more. This is a powerful tool that has a lot to offer – and the nice thing is that accessing the functionality of RedBox Organizer is not a difficult thing.

You can install RedBox Organizer on a Windows 7, Vista, or XP-powered PC that meets the following system requirements: Pentium 500MHz or better processor, 128MB of RAM or more, video card capable of 16-bit color, and 50MB of free space on the hard drive. Even a low spec modern PC will meet these requirements, and that is a good thing. You won’t have any problems getting, installing, and running RedBox Organizer on your machine.

You can change the way RedBox Organizer’s interface looks by choosing one of the 12 styles the application provides. By default Style 1, which is yellowish and features some flower images, is selected. Use the dropdown menu in the upper right hand side to easily switch from one style to another. On the left hand side on RedBox Organizer’s interface, you will find buttons for switching from Home to Calendar to Expenses and other sections.

To help you get started, to help you better understand what you can achieve with the RedBox Organizer application, Studio V5 included a sample database. This sample database uses April 15th, 2003 as today’s date; it features several to-dos, calendar entries, anniversaries, and more. From Home you get an overview of the calendar, today’s events and to-dos, and anniversaries. Click through the buttons on the left hand side to browse specific sections (like the To Dos section or the Expenses section) and add more entries.

After you go through the sample database and get a feel for what you can do with the application, you can start with a database of your own. Security oriented users will appreciate that the database can be password protected. If you create several databases, you can pick one and set it as the default.

RedBox Organizer is free to try, meaning that you can use the application for free for an evaluation period of 20 days.

RedBox Organizer is simply astonishing, from both a functionality and a visual point of view.
